I thought she said she wasn't going to re-marry after her second marriage, why did she marry this third guy?

According to reports,she didn't even use her real name halle berry to file the divorce papers,rather she used 'hal maria' hal which was short form for halle and maria which is middle name.
But was it that horrible? They both filed for divorce within 24 hrs with different names.
